The Center for Languages, Literatures, and Cultures (CLLC) is hiring a self-motivated and responsible undergraduate majoring or minoring in a foreign language as a paid intern to assist the Events and Communications Coordinator with producing the Hagerty Happenings newsletter, social media content, and marketing and events initiatives.

Hours: Flexible, part time, 15 hrs/wk
Pay: $8.75/hr starting
Duration: To begin Fall 2019, with the possibility to continue upon evaluation and availability.

Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling and administrative tasks for events
Writing weekly articles and social media posts
Support at events around campus

Qualifications:
Experience in learning a language
Strong interest and experience with other cultures and the world
Interest in communications and marketing preferred
Interest in learning new apps and technology tools
