Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

  • Master of Arts, International Relations & International Political Economy, The Ohio State University
  • Bachelor of Science, Political Science, University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh

Rich joined International Studies in 2002 and has spent his time as an academic advisor. He spends his day providing services to students, from those still in high school visiting campus to learn about the International Studies major to preparing students for graduation. In addition to advising, Rich is responsible for classroom scheduling, assisting on curriculum proposals, and submitting department reports and data to the university. Rich also manages the International Studies internship program, conducts evaluations of transfer and study abroad credits, and serves unofficially as the program historian.

Outside of work, Rich can be found listening to and playing music (guitar and bass are his specialties), keeping up with current events, and learning about anything new and interesting.
